Key controls you will use in this data quality tool while cleaning a file.

Top toolbar

  • File: export as CSV or XLSX (convert between formats), restore to original, upload new file, close file
  • Bulk actions: bulk fix and remove rows with issues
  • Search: filters visible rows in the table

Issue sidebar

  • Issues tab: active issues that still need attention
  • Dismissed tab: hidden issues you can restore later
  • Filters: Affected item and Severity
  • Click any affected location to jump the table to that entity

Grid actions

Edit cells directly in the table. Use row and column menus for selection and deletion actions. Quick-fix options are available from issue cards and contextual actions where supported, including remove duplicates in Excel cleanups and other repetitive fixes.
